Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Almave Ámbar
  • .75 oz Honey Syrup
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • .25 oz Ginger Juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Garnish: Candied Ginger
  • Glass: Rocks glass

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the shaker tin.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Double Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with a candied ginger
