What is Almave?
Almave is the first super-premium non-alcoholic Blue Agave spirit, made in Mexico, closely following traditional tequila distillation techniques.
What is Blue Agave?
Agave tequilana or Blue Agave is the only agave plant cultivated, grown and harvested specifically for tequila production.
Is Almave a tequila?
Almave follows a similar process to tequila, however, we skip the fermentation process in which distillate becomes alcohol. Almave allows you to experience the most authentic taste and quality of Blue Agave, without the alcohol.
How do I drink Almave?
Drink Almave like you would tequila or mezcal. Best sipped on ice or mixed in place of any traditional tequila cocktail. Discover more recipes on our cocktails page

What does Almave mean?
"Alma" is the Spanish word for "Soul." Our founder Sir Lewis Hamilton wanted to honor the soul of tequila, which is Blue Agave.
How is Almave different from other non-alcoholic spirits?
Almave is the only non-alcoholic spirit made following the same authentic ingredients and processes as tequila. Almave is handcrafted with blue agave harvested and distilled in Jalisco, Mexico. Drawing on over 20 years of tequila-making experience, our Master Distiller artfully created an authentic, complex, and nuanced spirit that honors traditional processes and offers a genuine experience without alcohol.
How is Almave made?
Almave closely follows the traditional process of tequila making in Jalisco, Mexico with authentic blue agave piñas. However, we skip the fermentation process and distill the spirit- with a twist. Our proprietary process helps us capture the complexity and delicate aromas and flavors from freshly milled agave.
What ingredients are in Almave Ámbar?
Almave Ámbar contains blue agave hydrolate, water, concentrated blue agave extract, glycerol, agave syrup, apple cider vinegar, French oak hydrolate, natural aromas, citric acid, malic acid, oak tannins, salt, natural glycolipid
How long does a bottle of Almave last?
Once open, store in cool and dry place. Your bottle of Almave should last 30 days. Do not store in freezer.
