ÁMBAR HORCHATA

Horchata is a refreshing mexican rice based drinks (Agua Fresca) enjoyed by many all year long. Adding Almave and a cinamon twist makes it perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Almave Ámbar
  • 3 oz Horchata mix
  • Optional add shot of espresso or 1 oz Chai Tea 
  • Garnish: Pebble ice/Sprinkle Cinnamon/Nutmeg powder
  • Glass: Tiki Cup or Highball

Preparation

Cocktail

  1. Add ingredients to the shaker tin.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Double Strain into a highball glass.
  4. Use pebble ice or regular ice. Garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg powder.

Horchata mix

  • 16 oz Oat milk
  • 6 oz Coconut milk
  • 4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • .50 oz Vanilla extract

Yields a quart container.
