Jalisco 75

A refreshing take on the classic cocktail French 75 which is perfect to celebrate the coming of the new year or any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Almave Blanco
  • .50 oz Lemon Juice
  • .50 oz Agave Nectar (1:1)
  • Top with NA Sparkling wine
  • Garnish: Long Curly Orange twist
  • Glass: Large coupe or champagne flute

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to the shaker tin, except sparkling wine.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Double Strain into a chill coupe or large coupe.
  4. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a long curly orange twist.

Cut a very long, skinny piece of citrus peel (a channel knife works best). You can then shape the peel with a bar spoon or chopstick. This will give you a long, curly, elegant peel.
