ALMAVE HOT PUNCH

Easy to make and so enveloping with warmth. The Almave Hot Punch is a play on the hot toddy so loved by many on cool wintery nights

Ingredientes

  • 1.5 oz Almave Ambar
  • 1 oz Cinnamon-Hibiscus Syrup
  • .50 oz Lemon Juice
  • .25 oz Fresh Ginger Juice (Optional)
  • Top with hot water
  • Garnish: Lemon Wheel, Cinnamon Stick & Hibiscus flower
  • Glass: Toddy Glass

Preparación

In a warm toddy glass add all ingredients. Stir until fully mixed. Top with hot water and stir a couple more times. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick

CINNAMON SYRUP

  • 2 qts water
  • 2 qts Sugar
  • 80 grams Cinnamon sticks
  • 40 grams Hibiscus flower

Add all ingredients to a medium pot except sugar. Bring to a boil. Lower flame and add sugar. Stir until fully dissolved. Let it steep for 10 mins. Chill on ice for about 30 mins. Fine strain it.
